Interpersonal Dynamics of Organizational Communication: An Overview

Management assumptions about leadership styles and the use of human resources greatly influence the participative decision-making and problem- solving climate within the organization. This article explores some of the major participative decision-making (PDM) theories and corollary research regarding the interpersonal dynamics of organizational communication in superior-subordinate relationships.
