Does Clear Communication Relate To Job Satisfaction and Self-Confidence Among Salespeople?

This study explores the extent to which outcomes of the organizational communication process relate to job confidence and job satisfaction among salespeople employed by three national marketing firms. The importance of the sales supervisor as a communicator is explained.
