PEOPLE PROGRAMMING: Preparing Systems Documents for Communication

The systems designer does his job well only when he communicates effectively with the users of his systems. Proper organization of the systems document can reduce many of the barriers to effective communication. Here is how one large corporation organized its corporate procedure-format and gained both efficiency and effectiveness.
